Can i refund my mtx's?

I bought cordyceps bow when the game first came out, couldnt use it ever since. I mailed GGG about the problem and they told me that it was a known bug, will get fixed soon. Still cant use the item tho:( is there a way that i can refund this mtx? if so, i bought one of the finisher effects (chayula's grasp) and was highly dissapointed by the way it looked in poe2. I want to refund that one aswell

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you

Thank you for the respond, ive got one more question. Can i check which mtx's are avaible in the current poe2 version somehow? theres so little variety of mtx's in the poe2 shop. I did saw the Gargoyle Wings on the game but only yellow-blue variants. Can you check if the black variant is in the game or not?

I'm afraid that the only way to check at this time is if the microtransaction appears in the the Path of Exile 2 in-game shop.
