My account locked suddenly 28 days ago. i cannot even login here to the forum. Nothing sent to my email or any alerts. i sent ticket to support however nothing from them. Why are others being directed to a supervisor while I am directed to support, which does not respond to emails (according to numerous other posts here)? i paid for the right to play, and in pursuing what 1 paid for but are not receiving. I'm in the same boat, account erroneously locked with no explanation. Unfortunately I cannot get a refund because PlayStation network has a strict 14-day refund policy and my content became unplayable at day 16.
This game was fun too. Too bad they can't run it correctly. Please let me know if you find a way to get a refund |
