Forgemaster's lava near instant death at start.

Ran into this in HC today, was so shocked I had to turn on a recording and try it again on standard. Normally you can touch this fire and you get a slow dot, but from my testing, it seems when the lava first starts, it's near instant death.

The character has capped resistances and it was easy to reproduce, and I confirmed that if I let the lava move down a bit further, I can run around in it no problem.
