Map Boss Atlas Passive not working

Hi the Mapboss Atlas Passive Skill point that gives you irradiated area on map boss areas doesn't kick in. It says in the atlas you're given lvl80. But once you come in it's only lvl79. Don't know if it's just a visual bug and it's still lvl 80.

This node is very useless if it's not upping 1 level.

Yes i am having the same problem, really stupid.. Once you join the map the irradiated symbol dissapears on the map aswell, if you go to hideout and check you can see it. It makes no sense at all

It happens specifically on Mire, Burial Bog and Copper Citadel.
It always happens on those three maps, and never on any other map.
