Link Steam Early Access with my Old POE Account

Hello
Having bought the poe2 version on Steam I wanted, without success, to link my account to my old POE1 account (with money on it). After reading several posts on this subject without a solution and having sent an email to the support (4 days ago) without answer. I would like to know if anyone could have solved this problem because the crux of the problem would come from the creation of a new unwanted account on the part of Steam.
