Instance crashing on last trials of sekhemas wich made me lose my vase relic worth of 2 div

So, ironically in my FIRST try with one of those relics, in the last trial, the trial of time the instance crashes and every time i try to go back it crashes again to the login screen saying that there is a sync problem, which obviously devastated my experience, and to be honest i was already pretty disappointed when i was trying to farm chaos trials with several crashes making me lose precious time and currency. It motivates me to never try those challenges with the fear that this would happen again, and u can say oh, but that was a 2 div relic u can recover it fast ( ok, its a 2 div relic but it`s literally 40% of what i have in my currency tab, i dived into it in the hopes of making some currency to upgrade my gear and even if it was not a big difference, i CANNOT recover the time i lost on this) I`m sad, disappointed cause looks like my time is not valorized in this game.
