Copper Citadel map bricked after fighting boss

I had a breach spawn that i wanted to go back to once i completed the boss on a Copper Citadel. I placed a portal just outside the exit of the arena for the boss. After killing the boss there was no way to exit the arena without losing access to the rest of the map. So i logged out to bring me back to my hideout and upon entering the portal my character can spin around but i cant move anywhere. I have tried dodge roll, blink, ball lightning + lightning warp to move me off of my current location.
