Severe Lag and Server issues

I'm sure this has been mentioned plenty of times and the game being early access I'm confident the games optimization will be ironed out over time. With that said at times the game becomes unplayable as the lag has ultimately gotten my character killed numerous times. This issue has required me to exit the game and the the launcher and restart again in a different server. Game is then okay for a moment then the lag comes back again rinse and repeat same process above. Just wondering if there is something in the works to clean this up as this is more an annoyance. I will also say as I've seen many have already reported regarding the windows 11 24h2 game freezing in which I'm also having that issue. My question would be if this issue is a Poe issue or a Windows 11 issue or both?? Thank you for your time and hope for some insight into these particular issues moving forward.

As far as I can tell people have been having this rubberbanding/server lag issue since at least early December. I bought the game a week ago and it has been mostly unplayable do to this. I can't find anywhere in the forums where this issue has been addressed by staff, though I could have missed something. If you find a fix to this please let all of us know!?
