Mana consumption in hideout X map

Could someone tell me if it is normal for this huge difference in mana consumption between the map and the hideout to occur? I have the impression that it wasn't like this before the last hotfixes. In the video below I show the difference in mana consumption, my stats and the map modifiers.

I've noticed this. I felt like delirium maps were really sapping my mana but I had no modifiers that would explain it.

Do you have mana leech or damage recouped as mana? That could affect it.

If you hover over the skills do the mana costs change between zones?

Maybe something like +skill level isnt being taken into consideration when in player hideouts. just guessing though

Apparently maps with "Temporal Chain" are having a higher mana consumption for those using Archmage (there is a post on the forum about this https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3654407). I don't know if the same is happening for other builds.
