POE2 FPS DROP THEN GAME LOGOUT

I played the game on high settings without much issues(a couple of frame drops from 60-45 at most) from the start of the game till midway through the second chapter. Until I sold an item and returned to continue the story, but the second 1 enemy died, I heard the jingle of coins from the audio when you sell items, but now on a loop and my FPS dropped to 1, a few seconds later I get logged out to main menu. Doesn't seem like a game crash? Then when I login back, my character now at 1HP, if I drink a potion, it repeats: jingles + 1FPS + logout to the main menu. I have restarted, checked file integrity(on steam), reinstalled, waited weeks for patch updates, returned, and always the same thing: jingles + 1FPS + logout. I have lowered the graphics settings all down, still doesn't fix the issue. My alt accounts works fine, it's just my one save, but I've lost motivation to play, else they risk breaking and becoming unplayable. Please assist.
