pc keep freezing/crashing on loading screen

My pc keep crashing on loading screen ever since the release of poe2. Did not have this problem before that and i cant figure out why. Only way to restart is to use power button to force a turn off and then start the computer again

Most times its loading screen trying to go to kingsmarch but it also happens on other loading screens trying to enter a map or going anywhere else. doesent really matter if im runnin other programs in the background.

Running a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

revert to windows 23H2 if you on 24h2, fixes all the crashes, dl windows media tool with the windows 23h2 patch, install windows (a clean new install, save your important stuff), install game new and you have no problems

so you mean i more or less have to do a factory reset of my computer to fix the problem?
