Support skills do not show relationship to bas skills

When looking at a support skill it does not show if it supports base skills like Bow or Shattering Concoction. If looking at a support skill it shows which skill gem it can support or not support, in that list it should show the bas skills also, not doing so is a problem for setup of the base skill. This could be a bug or a needed change.
