Lost trials and several breaches

I have been playing since release, haven't had any major issues with performance at all.
The occasional crash but they got better over time.

The past few days have made the game almost unplayable.
I have been getting huge lag spikes where the game will freeze, and either pause and unpause gameplay till the lag catches up, or completely freeze my PC

I know this is early access and bug are going to be a thing, but these has happened 4 to 5 times an hour for the past 5 days now, i have lost so many maps.
Maps that i have completed and clean up the map by doing the breaches only for it to freeze, kick me out and say i failed the map.

The last straw was just then, 4th trail, get to the boss and with 30% hp left it totally crashes, kicking me from the trial.

I am disheartened to want to even attempt again....
