Support pack update issue

I updated my support pack to thaumaturge of the vaal on the game through steam, unchecked opt out physical goodies option, typed my shipping address and all of that, it said it was gonna be 21 usd for the shipping, i payed and got 160 points instead. And now i cannot spend my points until this is solved, and the ingame sale is 2 more days left. Heeeelppp please

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

I have already contacted support about this issue (unfortunately, I didn’t include the additional information you mentioned, and I read that replying resets your position in the support queue). I just need a prompt resolution to be able to enjoy this amazing game (and of course, I’d also love to receive the T-shirt). Thank you, and I apologize for pushing.

I’m wondering if I’ll get follow-up on this issue. I reported another error with my account six days ago, and there’s been no response so far. I have the impression that there won’t be a prompt response for this one either. The problem here is that I can’t even use the points or send the code to a friend because I don’t want to create more issues when resolving it. Please, I need this to be resolved as soon as possible im losing my will to play aaaaaaaaaaaa.
