PlayStation store didn't give me the purchased Virtual Points pack

Hello, I have bought the 10$ Virtual Pack - 100 Coins that was available on PlayStation as add-ons for POE2

Now, the problem is, I still have my old amount available and there is no way I can "redeem" that pack with those points.

The in-game "Packs"/"Points" tabs are literally not working, in a continuous loading state. I have tried swapping, closing the game, closing the PS. Nothing. Even on the pathofexile2.com I can see my old balance.

Can someone give me some suggestions on how to fix this? Apparently I cannot ask for a refund on Playstation because they don't give for add-ons. Now I guess I'm left with -10$ in the bank and no coins?

go to the in-game store and click the option that says Buy Points. this should re-sync your account and update your points total.

it's a long known issue that GGG seem incapable or unwilling to fix.
