Arbiter's Book of Knowledge 3 didn't drop after kill, wasted a lot of currency...

Killed the Boss in total of three times but I only get 4 points for the atlas skill tree.

I did put all 4 points into my Atlas Skill Tree going straight upward to grab both +2 difficulties to (Witness to History) before fighting him for the third time. However, Arbiter's Book of Knowledge 3 didn't drop for me and I wasted a lot of currency for this.

Is Arbiter's Book of Knowledge not a guarantee drop after each kill before having total of 8 points?

Anyone encounter the same issue before?

Can anyone or GGG dev confirm if the drop of the book is guaranteed or not? Is this a bug?

I don't even dare to attempt another kill since I could just get no Atlas Skill Tree reward again for spending 4d of currency..

Not to mention that GGG staff mentioned I would be contacted privately by his supervisor to discuss an ascendency scam on 12/26 and so far it just seems like a lie and no one has contacted me or informed the scammer is dealt with.

The Devs are so quick to delete my post that I started on the discussion thread for warning people about Ascendency scammers, claiming that I violate the code on conduct on the forum by harming others reputation. But when it comes to real issue and bugs that wasted hours of player's time. They neglect and lie to my face saying someone will contact me soon. It has been 2 weeks since they promised me. Is this really the way you guys treat your players..?

Same thing just happened to me too. Arbiter's Book of Knowledge 3 didn't drop after kill.

Can confirm, killed the boss the 3rd time, got 2 unique drops (I guess due to having node for 20% drop), but the book didn't drop

got the same thing in my 4th boss fight....
