Every player is shown as being off line

Hi this just happened after the most recent bug fix patch, now every player is showing as being off line even when they are actively talking in global chat, it makes it hard to trade as everyone's being shown as off line when you pull up there info to whisper them.

Having the same issue. Have not been able to trade with anyone due to everyone being listed offline. Even ones actively chatting in global or trade channel. Have checked all Xbox privacy settings/in game settings.

If you add them as friends in the game by highlighting their name and selecting add friend they then will show online, but your friends list from your console will always show offline( I had the same issue so truss adding friends via the method above and found it worked)

I'm able to trade just fine I think it's just a visual bug. I able to whisper for trades and get whispers if someone wants to buy something from me.
