My email is in the void and I need to change my email, CS doesn't help at all

My email provider is gone so I'm never able to login to my email account to change my email account again.

It's been a few months of back and forth with the CS. I really need to have it addressed given the current account hacking situation outside.

The CS told me to gave him a transaction ID that I made. So I purchased a new supporter pack and gave him. He replied that he needs the old transaction ID in 2016 instead. It is impossible for me. In fact the value of the supporter pack I bought this time is already higher than the value of the sum of all other purchases I have made.

How can I just save my account? It just feels giga frustrating talking to the CS for that long and end up so helpless.

Can you just check my login location, I'm pretty sure they are the same as 10 years ago. And I also have access to my twitch account that is linked to this account 10 years ago, I can stream on it to prove it. And I don't mind to make another $500 purchase on stream to prove that I'm not a hacker spending $500 to steal an account worth $200.

Yes, I mean they replied to my email. But the point is that I cannot provide my 2016 transaction id, because it is 2016. I can do whatever I could to prove the ownership of this account.
