Almost 30 Days and No Response From Support

It’s been almost 30 days since I emailed and messaged support regarding account linking. I’ve also posted on the forum multiple times and still not gotten a single response from anyone at GGG. After buying multiple early access passes to support your studio, I would at least expect “support” to acknowledge the issue at a minimum. Instead, day after day, nothing. A task, seemingly so simple as unlinking an account, has thousands of posts in the forum, almost all of which are completely ignored.
Give us a way to resolve this ourselves or acknowledge the issue and fix it. Stop prioritizing ramping up loot drops for content creators and address the issue preventing thousands of people like myself from paying the game we paid for. Last bumped on Jan 29, 2025, 7:51:22 PM

Almost 2 months and still no contact from support.
2 months to fix a simple account linking issue. 2 months after spending $60 on preorders that I cannot play. Should I just give up hope of ever getting any type of resolution here? |

" If you don't mind the account, contact your bank. Attach screenshots of the requests. The bank can refund the money and impose penalties on the ggg. In this case, g will block ur acc. |

That’s certainly an idea, albeit on the extreme side. However, since I can’t play the game anyway I guess I’m not losing anything. And since I can’t play the game the account doesn’t have anything to lose.
I’m going to give GGG the rest of the week to take some kind of action before going through the bank. I have screenshots of every email, every message, and the hundreds of other pages of people with the same idea from the forums. It certainly won’t be an issue. Thanks for the idea. Cheers. |
