warrior , giant blood , take it or not?

iam 64 lvl and so far doing fine as stun- hammer of gods build, i dont die easy and my defences are fine. i wonder in terms of STR is this proper lvl to use giant blood?
what is the benefit to get it if i dont have defences issues to use the shield?
3x str requirements means you change your full gear to lower, but that means lower dmg and lower defences so what the benefit? why almost all builds have it,
i try to figure out what i miss

Gigant’s Blood tooltip says „Triple Attribute requirements of weapons”, so only weapons, not all gear. And you usually stack str anyways. With Giant’s Blood you can wield 2 mega busted 2h weapons, both with +7 to all skills, think about that! Shield is also good because block is good, but some builds got other damage mitigation methods.
