Stash Tab Bundles are not properly being delivered

My Bundle of stash tabs were not delivered on PS5 platform. from what ive seen on reddit, its a common issue with PS5. i've already reported to customer service, but figured it needed to be reported as a bug as well.

would be nice to not need Stash tabs for PC, and a separate set for PS5. seems kind of silly.

Anyone else not able to get any kind of response out of support?
