My account has been locked because I signed in the game from another location.I have sent the email to get the unlock code several times.But I still have not gotten the unlock code from my email address.And get nothing at the spam email. From all posts and responses ive seen on the forums and reddit you should just give up Support is not even a thing it seems. Pretty sure they are just ignoring the customers as part of some ploy to get you to buy their product again.

Idk im going to give them a couple days myself to respond to my issue i didnt pay for a game to be denied access to it for no reason just kicked out the game and account locked and its been days now and still no response on their end. After that im washing my hands of this shit and refunding
