My account has been locked because I signed in the game from another location.I have sent the email to get the unlock code several times.But I still have not gotten the unlock code from my email address.And get nothing at the spam email. Could you please make sure you have added support@grindinggear.com to your email provider's contact list and/or whitelist? Could you also make sure to check the spam and junk mail folders in case the automated email is accidentally filtered?
