Patch Delete Character

So, Whatever patch you just did today, caused major performance issue's to where 1 char just died to the game lagging, another I have a screenshot was not even on the map, and the last one which is my breaking point.....I logged out in HC alive and played some tower defense, when the patch finished updating my character who was alive when logging out was now in standard. So losing 3 characters in 1 day to whatever it is yo0u are doing..Not sure I can keep playing under these conditions.
