Help me!!! I have not got a new key access after I bought support pack

I bought support pack in 4/12/2024 and I receive the early access key already and I used it
then I bought this support pack again in 6/1/2025 and I have not received new early access key. pls bring new key to me because I want to send it to my friend. Now I have only same key but I bought 2 support pack Pls help fix my problem Last bumped on Jan 14, 2025, 1:55:15 PM
