Thoughts on a Ice Strike Stormweaver Build? trying to think on a passive tree

So I've been trying to come up with this build for a while lol


The Basic Idea is Using Shaper of the Storms To also Shock while freezing, in hopes of making something fun to play, It also could go well with the 2 heralds Meta for Ice strike


But before coming up with skill combos, I'm having hard time on coming up with a basic passive tree for it, The quarter staff, herald and some of the crit clusters are way to far to be worth the travel imo

It also makes it hard to invest in both Evasion and ES

So I have no idea if I should Invest more into Cold and Elemental damage and penetration on the tree instead of crit, and full Es instead of ES evasion

Since Ice Strike is quite mana hungry too, I don't think MoM is a good idea either

And because of that I came here to ask for help lol
