[Bug] [PoE2] Coward's Legacy Mail Belt bug not count as low life when change to new item

Today I bought a new amulet to replace the old one but removed the old amulet (or the boots) which don't have any fire resistance causing a reduced 25% fire resistance. Then I investigated the "Coward's Legacy Mail Belt" it did not count me as having a low life when I reserved 25% of life (causing me 75% of life, which should count me as having a Low Life), which led to lose of 25% of fire res/3% life regen per sec from "Rise of Phoenix Omen Crest Shield" and some other passive

so now I can only put on the old gears to keep the build works

I think there is a mismatch with the rounding number, right?

Update, I investigated more and saw that the unreserve life doesn't changed after putting new gear (which + all attribute)
then I go to character selection and comeback, then the life change to expected, and the build works

I have a similar issue. It seems that when something is changed, it doesn't read your reserved life pool as being on low life until you take a tick of damage. Even Demon Form life degen doesn't fix it until your degen becomes greater than your life regeneration.

Exiting to character selection fixes it.
