Is GGG addressing the issue of two accounts under the same email address?

I noticed that many people(including myself)have sent emails but have received nothing,I think GGG should treat this issue as a top priority!!

I've been back and forth with them since Nov 19. Still no fix. I had one rep tell me basically there was nothing they could do. Simultaneously, another rep said they were looking into it. Neither have responded when I asked which was correct.

That's really sad. I've been playing this account for nearly a hundred hours now, and GGG hasn't made any progress for over a month. It seems like I can only play again on another account!
I've spent hundreds of dollars and played thousands of hours on my PC account. If I can't get this fixed, I guess I just can't ever play on my XB (with access to my characters/mtx). They offered to delete one of the accounts, but I'm concerned that if I do that, I'll just run into the same problem again when creating a new one on XB, since my e-mail is tied to my microsoft acct.
