Missing poe2 points ps5

I bought points directly from PSN as it doesn't load directly in game at all. I've restarted the game and everything, and my 100 points still do not display.
Anyone else on PS5 experience this? Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 3:56:08 AM

I have the same issue. Just bought some today but I'm not credited any points in the game. I emailed support. Still waiting for a response.

Same here. I bought 100 points for the last weeks sale and after 2 days without recieving it I sent a message to the support but they haven't replied and it's been 4-5 days now since I sent it.

Are you able to open the in-game shop via the PlayStation Path of Exile 1 client to see if this helps refresh the entitlements available on your account?

"' That actually worked! I downloaded Poe 1 and started a new character and then checked the microtransaction tab and when I pressed the buy coins tab and it started loading for 5 seconds or so and then the points appeared. Thanks! |

That fixed my issue as well, you have to go to buy points for it to load it up for sure. now to try and catch the next stash tab sale!

Well the issue is still here, I tried downloading poe 1 as suggested, I went into microtransactions tab and clicked on buy points, nothing, I sent an email to ggg, so far no response, as of now it has been over 24h and still no points, should I also inform sony?

Hi I also have the same issue also bought the 200 point pack on the (5 January), few days ago and still haven’t received anything, I also sent a mail but no reply yet.

" Update: I found a solution that helped, I bought a new point pack, but this one I bought from the in game shop (the original one I bought rom the playstation shop menu), I bought the cheapest pack (50 pts) and when it said "transacation successful", I immediately received the new points and the missing ones.
