Expedition graphical bug

I was playing Mausoleum and encountered an expedition. I have the "Extreme Archeology" Keystone socketed from the Atlas Skill Tree (which gives you just one huge explosive).

The explosion caused some kind of graphical bug, where there are some polygons visible that weren't before (probably because Mausoleum has different ground levels and small sets of stairs).
