Game crash during a +14 / Lost all inventory

Game crashed during a +13 Breach, not the first time it happen but this time we lost the whole loot, both me and the party leader, Splinters, Waystone and all the rest. I dont know about the policy about this but I would love to have more informations about everyone experience the same.
