No Support Response
Just wondering what the normal wait time for a response is. Looking over some threads people are saying weeks and still not heard back from them. I bought 200 points last weekend for the discount stash sale and still have not received them. Money was taken and a message from the site says I purchased it but no points still show us. Not sure what to do as I contacted them through both email and message though here and no response from either.

Well that sucks. This is definitely weighing in on me making future purchases. points are not cheap with the amount given(200 for over 20$). Just kind of a slap in the face getting the message that I received them when I have not at all.

It will take you about 5 to 7 days just to receive an email where they claim it is from their staff and not an automated bot system. In that email, they ask you to provide your account name, including the 4-digit code, along with a few character names. After you complete everything and send it back to them, pray that they will reply to you as soon as possible because, based on the current situation, some people have waited over 30 days just to receive a second email.

"No matter how you quote them, they’ll only reply to you with pre-written copy-paste responses, directing you to seek support via email. All you can do is wait. I know a guy who waited 48 days for a response from them. And remember, don’t send them multiple emails, as this could automatically reset your request back to the queue! |

Just a follow up on what the process has been since this post was done.
January 6th I sent a email with my transaction ID of the 200 point purchase and stated that I have not received them. January 19th Received a generic response asking for my transaction ID (which was given in the first email) and a few of my names of characters on my account. January 23rd Honestly just saw the response back as I was checking for a week before and kind of just gave up when I saw other complaints. Responded with the same ID and a few names of my characters. Once again it's been a week of no response back. Honestly I do love the game as this is my first POE game but this is just crazy from the stories I hear about the support. People are defending this saying it's early access which is true to a point but you have a MTS on it and this is not a bug bug actual money at this point which is just plain stealing. I just wanted tabs which is pretty much needed end game which is still crazy you cant even name the original 6 you get lol. It's just a slap in the face that they can take your money and you can't do anything about the situation. |
