"Wilow map" treebox Wildly inaaccurate Major issue Bad map!
the blocked space of the trees in the map Willow is inaccurate. there is a large blocked space that far exceeds the tree space leading to some case where it merges with other tree blocked space so instead of rolling passing between trees the player is constantly bumping around weird invisible boxes in some cases quite large around a group of trees. thsi makes the map feel awkward, bad movement, uncomfortable to play and in general just feel unfinished. getting trapped aagainst invisible blocks that do not appear to be with reason is constant and it feel confusing as you constantly are hitting invisible barriers where observably one should be free to pass around the environment!

I get same issue running this map, having to rely mostly to the overlay map to wander without bumping into inacessible areas..
Not mentioning that (at least for me) this is the only map i get "tired eyes" after doing it.. It's very hard to focus/identify what is happening along with so many foliage and trees, the colour doesn't help on this also.. It's a map that i try to avoid or just put an Tier 1 waystone to do it faster | |
absolutely, the visual obscurity of this map is a little rough and def causes eyestrain, but the requirement to look at the minimap to navigate and to be able to see obstructions that visualy are invisible is definitely indicative of an unfinished/ rushed and pasted over map. Idealy we get notice of a dev observing this post and i beleive it could be fixed reasonably quickly. if not is should be replaced with a already functioning similar map until completed as its pretty jarring to have this badly polished of a map with such a big issue in an otherwise great game!
