My Early Access Pack Points Were Not Transferred to My Account

I bought the game from PlayStation as early access, but the points given in early access were not transferred to my account. I have been waiting for help on this issue for a month, can you please send my points to my account?

I had the same bug too I paid 100€ for the King of Faridun Pack. And I only get early access I ain't got nothig.
