Basically, instant death when entering the 2nd "chase the hourglass" phase.

PLaying a skeletal frost mage minion build, nuked him till 50%, he triggered his first chase the hourglass phase,
completed with no issues,
came out,
hit him a few more times, triggered the 2nd chase the hourglass pahse, I entered the circle on the floor to start the phase and I get instant killed (basically what happens if you fail to collect all the hourglasses)

I didnt manage to reproduce it the 2nd run, so not sure what happened the first time.

I have been doing the trial a few times after that to try and repro it, but didnt manage it.

Same. Looks like second hourglass phase. Had "no damage from monsters", 2 resurrect Major Boon, so it cannot be anything instead of quest damage. No hourglasses appears on floor, I was in center in that moment. Just was died with my party member (0 hp, full energy shield and honour). Zarokh died too.

If i'm understanding your post right, pretty sure this just happened to me after the updates today. have 30% ms boots and had rabbit hare boon, finished 1st hourglass test no problem with plenty of time left. Got him lower and he went into the ground to start the next hourglass test, i ran towards the center and before i could even get there he froze time and killed me like i failed it.

best i can give is the chat log from him, included trade chat for timestamps. pretty sure the "delayed destiny" is the kill text that starts if you're about to fail, and if it is, it prompted before the start to the 2nd hourglass test "the sands of time wait for no one" as if it's already registering a failure before the test even begins the second time. best guess, completed the first on so fast and pushed him to the second one quick enough that it got confused? either way, def seems to be something going on that shouldn't be. would have clipped it but i was actually pretty upset, but should be expected in early alpha

same happend to me, or at least it sound like it, i got to the hourglass run to collet all the things, i got them, but he failed me anyhow
