Error with Trial

I made it to the fourth floor on the trial, finally good mods and all and I have the unique relic to get the jewel. I continue to receive an error of loading terrain instance. Try again. I am waiting 15 mins for the instance to drop and tried again I keep receiving the same error. Please Help

Same error here, can't enter 2 floor and can't reset instance
