Obviously a lightning catalyst. You would be raising 3 stats at the same time.

the 3rd would be "+ all elemental resistances" - any of the fire, cold, or lightning catalyst would affect that since it has all 3.
that ring however already has a catalyst as +16 is the highest a ring can get +all elemental resist naturally. Given it's 22% it already has catalyst quality applied. |
