Flame Wall Unusable Bug #642,242,532

I have been using Flame Wall on the character since I could equip it. I recently made a swap on my character, changing up my skill configuration a bit, but didn't touch Flame Wall.

I am now unable to equip Flame Wall to my skill bar for no apparent reason. It's not greyed out in my skill window, nor does it have an "!" in the corner. Hovering over it it shows I meet all requirements.

I've tried un equipping it and reequipping it, with and w/o support gems. I've gone back to character select, as well as quitting the game. I've tried swapping skill sockets. I unsocketed all my other skill gems.


----------SOLUTION/Temp Fix---------

None of that worked, but when I messed with my equipment it seemed to fix the issue. So my staff has int on it, int that I need to equip it. So when I removed it I could not equip it. I had to swap another piece of gear out to equip it then swap back and I could suddenly put Flame Wall on my bar.
