Large Soul Core Near Alva

So Im on the Legacy of the vaal quest. Done it many times as I have 5 chars mapping already. There is no large soul core to retrieve near Alva. Quest says retrieve large soul core near Alva. Already turned on the generators. She even says its the largest soul core shes ever seen when I first interact with her, but the soul core never shows up. Have made new instances/restarted game...
