Why is this happening always?

I have stable connection buy everytime i ran an important events like chaos trials and waystone maps events such as breaches, delirium runs. Somehow the server dies out on me. It happens very frequently now that its no longer "connection issue" on my side.
Second everytime i teleport on different map the latency changes. like every map has different latency even though my server as said in the map is the same.
Third, My Weapon added effect even though i "reclaimed" it, the effect still triggers.

Please this issue i have right now in this early acess is more frustrating than farmbots flooding trade market list just to unlist their items few seconds and do it again in another accounts.
