concentrated effect + load shockburst rounds

Using the concentrated effect support gem in the skill load shockburst rounds became a problem, because if I use mana potion some skills simply ZERO (0 shots available instead of 22 before using the mana pot) the shots, forcing me to recharge my crossbow and use mana again, resetting the shots again. Many times I simply can't use the skills because it becomes an infinite cycle. It was by luck that I discovered that the culprit was the support gem mentioned in the title.
