BUG CHEST TRIALS OF CHAOS

hi GGG, due to a bug related to the boxes of the trial of Chaos I lost 30 exalted and 2 divine (because they fell from the box and I noticed it when I changed the area) this to be honest led me to not play for 2/3 days since I had spent 2 days farming like a madman, and I would ask you to please give them back to me given the effort to make them thanks for everything and I hope you can fix this bug of the boxes. or if you can put a sort of pointer for pad style destiny
