Delirium Monsters Bump and block character

Hi GGG, can you make so Delirium monsters that appears from the blue crystal dont bump into you, push your forward or block your character ? this is really annoying. Along with the fog where you can't see shit on the ground and you die to random white mobs or explosion, i litterally stopped running delirium maps because it's not fun and it's just annoying.
We dont even know why the timer countdown appear, as i sometimes afk into the delirium maps and nothing happens, so it's not related to movement or mobs killing as killing monster when the timer appear dont make it stop either.
Anyway, this all delirium thing is just cancer.
Also, ive must have been doing hundreds of those areas, and never got a single rare drop like despair, fear, isolation etc, best i ever got was envy, and i have 200+ rarity on my char and run rarity on my maps too, so wtf is going on with that ? how do people get those rare ones ?
