Copper citadel boss killed - Fragment lost on relog

So i killed the copper citadel boss, looted the fragment, then went to relog to finish the breaches that the map had. But when i logged back in my fragment was gone.

I just had similar happen. Killed copper citadel boss. He dropped two fragments. I picked them up and a few other drops. Went to TP back to my base and it DC'd me. When I logged back in, all loot that I picked up from the boss was gone. Citadel is unaccessable. Lost all that loot.. :(
