Option to Disable Enemy Highlight Outline

When hovering the cursor over an enemy, it gets highlighted with a red outline. While this can be helpful for some players, I would prefer to have the option to disable it.

Could you please add a setting to toggle the red outline on or off? This would allow players to customize their experience to better suit their preferences. Thanks!
