Monk "Charged Staff" Deactivated and Stopped Working

Hello,

Until yesterday, everything worked fine, but when I started playing POE2, the "Charged Staff" skill was deactivated and stopped working. I cannot drag it to the skill slots. Other skills are all working fine though. Please fix this issue and help me as soon as you can...:(

You sure you're not just missing some stat reqs? Like switching out armor that had your int roll on it?
