Chaos Innoculation and pain attunement/mana potions

Have those 15% dmg to life mana potions.

And Pain attunement, not work during Chaos Innoculation.

Good way for a player to one tap themselves on hardcore.

I know about this, but even the idea I'm gonna have to remember never to equip one of those potions forever is insanely stressful.

Be cool if you just couldn't take/equip them.

You guys have safety measures for the life tap, so why not those?

Fixed a bug where allocating Chaos Inoculation would incorrectly count you as being on Low Life.
