Didn't get my supporters pack

I purchased the Lord of Oghams supporter pack on the Playstation store. However even after power cycling and waiting two days I still haven't received any of the items that come with the supporters pack or the points themselves. Has anyone else had this issue?

I got a confirmation mail of the purchase but no items or coins in game so far. Bought on psn too.
