Mana on Kill not working with Monsters Gain 25% ES mod

For some reason the Mana on Kill from my rings stop working. There's nothing in the waystones or tablets that should affect that. Playing Pathfinder with Gas Arrow only.

Yes same here. Gain 25% es mod, gas arrow pathfinder, gaining no mana on monsters. Monster examples: Forgotten Satyr, Azak Brute, Azak Mauler,Burning Dead, Undead Vaal Guard, Boulder Ant, Ancient Ecomyte, Risen Arbalest, list goes on..
Some mobs still gives mana but 90% won't. |
