Account lock help

Have already sent email and no response didn't spam email or follow up email can i have an answer? it is ridiculous GGG has ruined alot of player holidays i need answers now! Account lock Name lorlax94#6301

Let me give you an idea about their turnaround time. On December 6th, when PoE 2 started, my account was locked because I tried playing PoE 2 on a different IP/computer. Normally, it would just send an email to unlock the account. However, the server was down due to high player volume.

I submitted my first support email that day, and five hours later, I received the unlock email and completely forgot about it. Just recently, I received a response from GGG support asking if I had checked my spam folder—almost a month after the issue was resolved.

Let me clarify what I’m trying to say: It took them almost a month just to ask me if I had checked my spam folder.

Support is completely absent. It's sad that in a company with such brilliant game designers and programmers, such incompetent management is unable to provide basic support to users
If you're lucky, you might receive a response email from a staff member, but it will feel more like it's from a BOT than a real person. They will ask you for information you've already provided in the explanation, and they will ask the same questions in a completely mindless way, ignoring everything mentioned in the email. It could take about a week, sometimes even two weeks, for a response, or longer. Rajiv is the first staff member you'll encounter, and it's always like that. I wonder if he or she is the only one handling the initial issues when they receive an email, or if there are other staff members involved? I'm really puzzled and confused about this issue.
